Located in the heart of southwestern Utah, this reservoir offers visitors a refreshing respite. Dark blue waters surrounded by contrasting desert sands make Quail Creek a popular destination.

With its warm, blue waters and red sandstone landscape, Utah's newest state park is also one of its most popular. Boat and fish on Sand Hollow Reservoir, explore and ride the dunes of Sand Mountain with an off-highway vehicle, then RV or tent camp in the new campground.

East Canyon State Park offers four yurts as an alternative to RV and tent camping. All yurts have wooden lattice walls and ceilings, wooden floors, indoor lighting, and screened skylights. Three large, screened windows keep these ultra-modern tents cool during summer, while insulated walls and thermostat-controlled propane stoves keep them warm in winter.

We offer annual and senior passes, which provide for an entire year of adventure. Annual passes are $75 while Senior Adventure Passes for Utah residents 62 years and older are $35. Passes allow the cardholder and up to seven guests in the same vehicle, day-use access at all state parks except This Is The Place Heritage Park, and do not cover the Davis County Causeway fee at Antelope Island State Park. Passes are valid for one person/machine only at Jordan River OHV State Recreation Area. Passes may be purchased in person at all state parks, and our Salt Lake Region Office at 1594 West North Temple in Salt Lake City or online at www.stateparks.utah.gov.
